Cindy:hi I'm Cindy hartnett upholstered in style editor for furniture today editor-in-chief of design the day we are here in the hooker furniture showroom where designer Cynthia Rowley has brought a new collection to market there are already lined out the door here to see theproduct we're gonna grab the designer for a few minutes and talk to her about some of her inspiration.

Cynthia first of all congratulations!

Cynthia: thanks very much.

Cindy: like this incredible and he tell us a little bit about what made you decide to take the jump into the furniture world.

Cynthia:it's something that I've wanted to do for our really long time and finding the right partner and poker was that was the clincher one.

Cindy: you know a lot of pics of course are familiar with you’ re your fashion what are some sort of fashion notable that you brought your collection.

Cynthia:well you know what I say it's interesting because I didn't really know I went into making furniture in a really nice way like I really didn't know a lot about the actual industry and so I had been learning over the last year so all I could do was go in with the same tools that I used to create acollection and so really we really approach that collection like that where you know we started with materials we did a color story we you know layered on the fabric and finishes and hardware and it's really this exact same way we make we make clothes with you know the button is now a drawer pollen you know so it's really the same process and really put in consumer do you envision with this collection I think it's almost impossible to say is I think my brand reaches a really young audience and then even a much older audience i think is just an attitudeit shouldn't even really be anything to do with age I feel like with three different to many collections to I think it kind of gives a lot of different possibilities for people to interpret in their own personal way do so with pretty sporty and curious.

Cindy: congratulation on the collection I know it's standingroom only around here for people that want to speak with you.

Cynthia:thank you so muchI'm really proud to the apartheid.
